Really pleased with the quality, design and fit of the iPad case I purchased for my partner’s iPad. I also appreciated the follow up email that prompted me to double check that the dimensions of the case I ordered matched the iPad size/model it was intended for. The new case was to replace an existing case my partner had purchased through Vista Case, that had lasted many years. Very happy with it!

The case is great but the protective screen purchased with was completely smashed on receival - i have tried to get in touch but no one has responded - dissapointed
I received the wrong item and reached out to Vistacase twice, but never heard anything back. Very disappointing to get the wrong item and not be able to talk to anyone about returning it for a refund.
The design on the item delivered did not match the images for the product advertised on the website. Raised with customer service and no resolution to date. Item ships from China even though this looks like an AU company.
The print on the case came out perfect. Both pictures front and back are incredibly detailed. Great price for personalised product.
