I ordered the correct iPad Air fifth generation cover you sent me something that I cannot use. I ...

There are two major problems with this order. First of all you sent me the wrong case I ordered correctly an iPad Air fifth generation I don’t know what version of iPad cover case you sent me, but it will not work on my iPad. Secondly, as soon as I opened it out of the packaging, it had a very strong offensive odor like a chemical rubber burning smell, I knew there was no way I could use this. I put it back into its original packaging. I contacted you to let you know that you sent me the wrong case and also about the offensive odor. Your response from Customer Service was that I ordered the wrong version of iPad cover and also that if I wanted to return it, I would pay for the return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee since this is sitting in my garage in a Ziploc bag because it smells so bad there’s no way I’m returning it. I contacted my bank and they are helping me reverse the Charge.
